PSMutPred is a model for the prediction of phase separation impact of human variants. We generated 2 kind of scores for all single amino acid variants of human genes.
IP-score:
Propensity to impact phase separation, which come in the form of a score that ranges from 1, most likely to impact, to 0, not likely to impact.
SP-score:
Propensity to strengthen phase separation, which come in the form of a score that ranges from 1, likely to strengthen phase separation, to 0, likely to weaken phase separation.
